If you are ordering outside of India, please be aware that your credit card company may charge a currency conversion fee.
PayU – There is no fee payable if you pay with PayU. Please note that when ordering items, when paying with PayU, full payment is taken at the time of ordering. To cancel or amend an unshipped order please use our online form to contact us.
Tax Charges

If you request order cancellation post the dispatch of the shipment, Shipping charges of up to 100-150 INR will be deducted from the refund.
Spigen India reserves the right to cancel the order in any circumstances, not limited to unavailability and non-serviceability of the order.
You will be credited with a full refund within 5-7 working days from the date of cancellation of the order through original mode of payment.
Return Policy
Only items purchased Directly from Spigen.in will be eligible for return request.If the customer had purchased our products from other places please contact them for their own policies.
Return must be made within 30 days from purchase date
The Return request can be submitted via our online form here where your request will be handled urgently.
You are responsible for returning the goods in a re-sell-able condition at your own cost unless the goods are faulty. We recommend using a posting method that provides proof of delivery and can compensate for lost or damaged goods for higher value items.
The goods must not have been used, Protective films on products must be intact and must be complete with all components and the packaging must not be damaged. Note that if these conditions are not met we may not accept returned goods;
You will be credited with a full refund within 5-7 working days after goods are returned back to us.
Refunds are given for the complete cost of the product, minus any shipping charges, as Spigen.in offers free standard shipping on all orders.
Please ensure that all returns are securely wrapped and packaged. We cannot be held responsible for any units that have been damaged in transit.
In any terms, if replacement provided against any purchase, it will be good for one time. No further returns/replacement will be accepted.
For screen protectors/glass products no refund or exchange will be offered after installation took place, this policy applies purely due to the nature of the product. If you have installed and believe that item is faulty we will need to see close photo of the screen/glass on the device. If you are contacting us without providing above info/picture because you have removed screen protector/glass from your device, no refund or exchange will be offered. All problems need to be reported immediately or within 14 days from purchase date.
If you would like to return or exchange an item, please email care@spigen.in to get return instructions. Any packages returned without our authorization are subject to being returned to sender. We recommend you use a tracking service for all returns.
The returned merchandise must be sent back in its original packaging and returned in the same condition as when sold to you, including all packaging, parts, accessories, manuals, and documentation. The returned item(s) must be repackaged properly so that it is not damaged during shipping.
For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service when returning your item back to us as we are not liable for any loss or damage whilst in transit.
Special Considerations
All orders may be placed on hold for further security verification if billing and shipping information is different and order exceeds over 5000 .
*Spigen cases doesn't support other branded full coverage screen protectors/tempered glass due to curved edges of the device.
Discount Coupons and Offers
Coupons can be used to avail additional discount on each purchase. Coupons are valid for only specific products and order above Rs.500. Multiple coupons are not allowed for single purchase order. COD (cash on delivery) orders will be not considered and auto cancelled with special discount coupons. Spigen India reserves the rights to modify or change any discount coupons or offers without any prior noticeWhat happen if I receive damaged goods or an incorrect item?
If any item(s) of your order are damaged or not the item ordered, customers are to inform Spigen.in Customer Services within 24hrs. Please use our online form to contact us should you have a problem with your order.Before we can replace or refund an item we will ask for the item to be returned back to us. We may request that you return the item back to us by recorded delivery in the post. the item(s) must be packed as received to avoid any possible damage. Should we request you to return the item back to us, please enclose within the package a copy of the receipt given by the post office and we will reimburse you for this charge. In some cases to speed up exchange process we may request a close up photo to be emailed to us.
Warranty Details
We are responsible for our product conditions. We would love to help you resolve any issues. We want you to have a positive experience every time you shop with Spigen.in. Please let us know if you have received any defected item by contacting us. We offer 90-Day Limited Warranty against Manufacture Defects.This policy is only valid for naturally defected item as that counts as a production error.
Defection caused by any other accidents, including failure of installation, carelessness by the user, discoloration or defection caused by owner's usage, cannot be applied for this warranty.
Items must be requested to be warranted within 90-Days of the purchase date to be considered for a defect review, otherwise it will not be eligible for any warranties.

Order # with full name of the product purchased
Shipping Address
After it is approved for defect review, we require the item to be returned back to us for an exchange.

Shipping Policy
Please make sure to double check the shipping addresses to ensure the delivery.If item returns to us due to incorrect shipping information, we will notify our customer that order has been returned and why it was been returned, and automatically give customer refund for the purchase, minus any shipping charges
All in-stock items will ship within 1-2 business days (This policy is applicable to all shipping methods).
Any orders that are placed after 10:00 AM will be processed the following business day.
When paying with PayU gateway, your order will not ship till eCheck clears PayU.
We do not ship partial orders, your order will be packaged for shipment when all items are ready for shipment.
Delivery Terms
All orders received after our 12pm deadline will be processed on the following working day. Working days are Monday to Saturday; we do not process orders on weekends or on holidays. For example place your order after our 10 am deadline on Saturday and your order will be processed by us on the following Monday. Delivery days exclude weekends and holidays.**Cash On Delivery (COD)**
COD convenience fee charges of Rs 50/100 based on order value is charged by courier companies as COD collection fee. If you want to avoid these charges, please use prepaid mode of payment using credit/debit cards, net-banking or wallets like Paytm, Mobikwik etc. Please check the serviceability of COD pin codes on the cart page. If not serviceable, we reserve the right to cancel your order.Phone verification is mandatory for all the COD (Cash on Delivery) orders.
A Phone verification for all the COD orders has been mandatory at Spigen India, a auto call verification will be done through system once you place a COD order. If missed, a manual calls will be initiated.
NOTE: Items / Products below 499 INR will not be eligible for the COD payment mode
Where is my order?
After you have placed your order online, we will send you an order confirmation email with the subject line ‘spigen.in order confirmation'. In the body of this email you will find information about when your products will be delivered.If you haven't received this email within 48 hours of placing your order or your products have not been delivered within the timescale stated in the email, then please send our Customer Service team by using our online form between 10 am and 6 pm Monday - Saturday.
Collecting your order
Currently it's not possible for you to order from the Website and pick up from our warehouse. Neither is it possible to reserve "call and collect."Delayed/Lost Delivery
If you have not received your order within 15 working days of dispatch (not including Sundays), you must immediately advise Spigen.in Customer Services of the delay/loss.In the event of a replacement order being sent to you, all replacement item/s will be sent to you followed by confirmation of non-delivery.
Why hasn't my package arrived yet?
INDIA :
FedEx Priority service usually delivers within 3-5 working days to tier 1 cities, but sometimes may take up to 5-7 working days to tier 2 areas. This does not include weekends or holidays.
India Post Priority service usually delivers within 4-6 working days to tier 1 cities, but sometimes may take up to 7-10 working days to tier 2 and up to 14 days to tier 3 areas. This does not include weekends or holidays.

What is your policy on lost or delayed packages?
Please make sure to double check the shipping addresses to ensure the delivery.
If item returns to us due to incorrect shipping information, we will notify our customer known it is been returned by the post office, and automatically give customer refund for the purchase; however the Shipping and handling Charge is non-refundable.
If Item (Prepaid Order) doesn't deliver within 14 working days post dispatch date, an auto refund will be applied considering the item lost in transit through courier company.
If Item (Cash on Delivery order) doesn't deliver within 7 working days post dispatch date for Tier 1 cities and within 10 working days post dispatch date for Tier 2 cities, Customer will have the rights to cancel / reject the order/shipment and same will be returned back us.
We do not guarantee the delivery time; delivery issue is upon the shipping company, FedEx (or the Post Office of the country).
We will try our best to ship out the purchased item within 1 or 2 Business days.
