Warranty Policy
SPIGEN INDIA GENERAL DEFECT WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. What does this Limited Warranty cover?
This Limited Warranty covers any defects (see below) in material or workmanship during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, Spigen India reserves the right to replace, at no charge, the product that proves defective because of material defects or workmanship. Please note that the warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original end purchaser.
2. What we will do?
Spigen India will replace the product at no charge, with a brand-new product for the same model.
*The warranty does not cover shipping and handling fee for all replacement requests.
3. How long does the coverage last?
The Warranty Period for products purchased from Spigen India follow the warranty period specified on the product, starting from the date of delivery.
4. What is NOT covered by this Limited Warranty?
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by / originates from:
- Drops
- Installation failures.
- Normal daily wear and tear.
- Intentional modifications.
- Products not sold by us or authorized resellers.
- Products not manufactured by us.
- Misuse and/or mishandling of product.
- Theft or loss of the product.
5. What to do?
To obtain this warranty service, you MUST first contact us with a valid proof of purchase AND two (2) photos to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you. Please note we do not accept unapproved return of damaged products.
Spigen India reserves the right at any time, in its sole discretion, without liability to you or any third party to modify, suspend or terminate the warranty.
Please check the quality of the products upon reception and contact us if you see anything out of the ordinary. For any product damaged upon arrival you MUST contact us within 48 hours after arrival or the product will not be considered as such.
